Visit Gwydr Forest Park, home to a wide range of activities as well as the natural beauty and wildlife - a delight to explore on foot or by bike (undercover storage available for bikes close to the cottage). Also within easy reach is Surf Snowdonia and Bodnant Food Centre, in addition to the delightful towns of Llanrwst and Betws y Coed, the walled town of Conwy with it's splendid Castle or the traditional seaside resort of Llandudno.

The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan with a compact Elfin Kitchen with a two ring hob, combination oven, and small fridge with ice compartment. There is a dining table and chairs for 2, sofa and small flat screen TV. Patio doors lead out to the slate patio. The bedroom has twin beds with patio doors leading out onto the slate patio area. There is an ensuite with a bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities. There is also a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, and for walking enthusiasts, the Offa's Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and beautiful Betws-y-Coed known as the "Gateway to Snowdonia" are all nearby. The beautiful castles of Rhuddlan, Bodelwyddan, Conwy and Caernarfon are not to be missed, and the delightful award-winning Victorian town of Llandudno, offering quality shops, restaurants, a fantastic dry ski slope and exciting cable car rides over the Great Orme, is within easy driving distance. There is plenty to do in this wonderful region at any time of the year!
