The modern well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. The living area has a dining table and chairs, comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and fabulous views of the ocean. It is the perfect place for your morning cuppa. The shower room has a shower, loo and wash hand basin. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility cupboard on the first floor landing. Whilst there is no allocated parking for the apartment, unrestricted parking can be found along the seafront. Criccieth is a firm favourite holiday destination. Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.

Reviews
Booked this for a short break after Easter, unable to use it due to Covid, re-booked for July, still not able to use it to due to Welsh restrictions on holiday lets. Cancelled booking and full amount paid for the accommodation was kept as a cancellation fee, refusing to refund or allow change of dates. I would deter anybody from booking with Sykes Holiday Cottages.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods.
