Towyn Lodge is a stunning ground floor holiday apartment, perfectly located in Trearddur Bay, on the west coast of Anglesey. It is just minutes from the beach, bar, restaurants and all this lovely seaside village has to offer. The charming kitchen has a blue Belling range cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dining table and four dining chairs. There is a door leading out to a lawned area with a table and benches. The fridge freezer and washing machine in adjacent utility room. The sitting room has a large corner sofa unit and chairs, TV / DVD player and a piano. There are three bedrooms. A large double bedroom has a seating area with a sofa and bookcase. The two further bedrooms include a double bedroom and bunk bedroom with triple sleeper bunk bed, toys and games. The bathroom has a bath with hand held shower attachment, separate shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is an enclosed garden area to the side of the property where children can play, but parents should be aware that this area is used for foot access on occasion by the other apartments. There is parking for two cars to the front. Towyn Lodge has some lovely character features, and is a warm and comfortable holiday house to return to after a day out exploring this corner of North Wales. Gorgeous beaches and coves, coastal footpaths, watersports, golf and horse riding can all be found nearby.
Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
