Four bedrooms: 1 x super king with ensuite, 1 x super king size bed (zip/link option can be made as twins on request), 1 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with shower, bath, WC and two basins. A beautiful holiday cottage where no stone has gone unturned by the attentive owner’s. You will find unique oriental features in this bright and welcoming space. When you arrive you just want to kick-off your shoes and completely chill out. You are a short drive to Newborough beach with fantastic sand dunes and the romantic Llandwyn Island with sheltered beaches and coves to explore. There is a huge amount of wildlife in this corner of Anglesey and it’s well worth bringing your binoculars to admire the views and spot the wildlife. A well equipped kitchen with electric oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Dining table for 8. The open plan living area has plenty of sofas and chairs around the lovely wood burning stove. There is a large flat screen TV with Blu Ray, PlayStation 3, books and games. The French doors open onto the garden. There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king with Sri Lankan four poster bed with en suite bathroom. The doors open to the main garden. A second double with king size bed, this can be two singles on prior request. A third double room and finally a single room including toy box. A family bathroom has a bath with shower, two wash hand basins and loo. The ensuite has shower, loo and two wash hand basins. Outside has a lovely garden with far reaching views. There is a children's play equipment and ample parking at the front of the property. The small village of Newborough (Welsh spelling: Niwbwrch) lies on the edge of forests and dunes at the south west corner of Anglesey. Close by is Llanddwyn Bay, renowned as one of the finest beaches in Britain, ideal for swimming, canoeing, beachcombing and birdwatching or just relaxing! Behind the beach, the 1500 acre sand dune system of Newborough Warren is home to skylarks, meadow pipits and oyster catchers as well as toads and lizards and is protected as a National Nature Reserve. The Tan y Foel horse riding centre is within 3 miles of the village centre and Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Farm and the Anglesey Sea Salt are only a short drive away and make a fun day out for the whole family. Nearby Aberffraw is the home of the Anglesey racing track and will offer an exciting day.

Ty Siam was a great base for our Anglesey break! We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone and great facilities - the kitchen was full equipped and there was a washer, dryer, toy box, tv and a large garden with a BBQ and fab climbing frame. Lovely peaceful location and the new porch area was great for storing our bikes. Would definitely recommend!
