Note: Property accessed via main entrance on ground-floor, then up stairs to the first-floor, and stairs within the property to the second-floor, so not suitable for those with mobility issues
Location Details
Westward Ho! is a seaside village in Devon, near to the towns of Barnstaple, Bideford, and Bude. The villages name comes from the novel of the same name by Charles Kingsley, as a way to draw in tourism and holidaymakers back in 1863. Nowadays it's a popular spot complete with shops, pubs, and home to a beach great for surfing.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
