Quauside View is a tradition seaside terraced house located in the town of Brixham, in South Devon. With three bedrooms: on king-size double, one twin and another room with adult bunks, along with a separate ground floor family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to six people. The cottage offers plenty of interior space with separate sitting room, a large dining area with further comfortable seating and a galley style kitchen. Outside there is private enclosed courtyard to the rear and a front balcony with seating to enjoy the outstanding harbour scenery. The property also boasts parking off road for two cars. Just a short walk downhill to the town and harbour Quayside View is a delightful stay in a fabulous part of Devon.

Shop, pub, and beach 2 mins walk. Note: A flight of external steps leads up to the property.
Location Details
Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Stayed here for an all too short weekend recently. A beautiful little house a short (steep!) walk to the town and harbour. Lovely views from the main bedroom and the small balcony. The parking is a big plus too - good for 2 small/med cars or one large car. Would happily stay here again! Note that the roads to access the house can be a bit narrow with parked cars. Also access to the town and harbour is down fairly steep steps/paths so may not work for you if mobility is an issue.
