Hosting one ground-floor king-size double bedroom, sleeping a total of two guests and served by a family bathroom. There is a first-floor open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside provides an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for one car. The Mill is an excellent choice for a country break to this wonderful part of Cornwall. Please Note: The property is unsuitable for children under the age of 8 years olds, though Babies in arms (under 12months) are acceptable

Inside, it has a reverse-level accommodation with an open-plan living space on the first-floor, offering a place to cosy up with your loved one in front of the television and spend the evening discussing the day's events, or enjoying a movie night with snacks prepared in the kitchen area and the woodburning stove to provide that extra bit of warmth. Or sit at the dining room table to enjoy the far reaching views and maybe see the roe deer. There is a ground floor king-size bedroom, ideal for getting some much needed rest for the days ahead, and supported by a bathroom with the choice of a bath or a shower over. Take a refreshing drink out to the enclosed garden to enjoy those far-reaching views across the open fields, whilst enjoying a spot of alfresco dining. What a wonderful stay we had over bank holiday weekend. Warm welcome from Sarah, a delicious cream tea left out for us, well equipped cottage (with tea, coffee and milk) with parking right outside. Dog friendly and we were delighted to find he had bowls and treats and a chew! Pleased that there was a nice bath for me to relax in after a long day exploring. We truly had a lovely cosy weekend and will most certainly be back.
