Look forward to relaxing and unwinding in the comfort of your own sitting room, with plenty of furniture so you can curl up with your loved ones and spend the night catching up with your favourite shows. Walk through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, housing all the appliances you could need to cook up a storm for the whole family. There is a separate conservatory room with a second dining area, so you can choose where you'd like to gather for a delicious home-cooked meal, or use this space for some quiet time reading a good book. On the first floor, you will discover three well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a king-size, double and twin setup, all of which have plenty of furniture to store your personal items and lovely views across the village. During those sunny afternoons, look forward to sitting out in your very own courtyard garden, with plenty of furniture to choose from, whilst your pets run freely in the enclosed space. Discover a range of nearby rivers and lakes, including the Drift Reservoir, where you can take the opportunity to get involved with a variety of watersports activities such as fishing and sailing. You are situated within the Penwith Heritage Coast, giving access to a number of countryside and coastal attractions. Further afield is the 15th century gardens of Trewidden Garden, featuring a range of flowers and plant life, such as magnolias and camellias, with an on-site tea room in case you fancy a spot of lunch. For a spot of history venture towards the Boscawen-Un stone circle, or take a drive towards the coast to find a plethora of white sandy beaches, all with opportunities for Cornwall's favourite sport of surfing!
