Gravelled courtyard area with furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. There is wheelchair access is to the rear and to the front of the property. Pub within 3.6 miles, shop within 7.5 miles. Note: Some road noise is to be expected. Note: Suitable for those with mobility issues, if a perch stool is required please advise upon booking for this to be arranged. Please note: This property only accepts short breaks in January, February, March, and November.

Location Details

Cirencester is a market town resting on the edge of the Cotswolds AONB, just 15 miles away from Cheltenham. Within the busy town you will find a number of shops and eateries, as well as attractions including the Corinium Museum which displays a collection of Roman remains found locally. Head to the Cotswolds where you will find miles of walking and cycling routes, as well as a number of pretty villages to discover.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

This is a lovely grade 2 listed cottage just off the A417 10 miles from Cirencester. Very well located for touring around the Cotswolds. We chose it as it has a downstairs disabled access bedroom and en suite, but with three twin bedrooms its ideal for any family/friends group. The pretty gardens surround the cottage with spots in the sun or shade all day, and several outdoor eating tables. Very well appointed and well equipped kitchen. Comfy lounge. Wifi good although drops the line occasionally. Garage with shop a few yards walk away, otherwise a drive to amenities. Nice walks through fields close by and a stunning walk with views at Crickley Hill Country Park.

“We stayed in this gorgeous old barn with our 2 young children. It is new to the holiday rental market and we were the first visitors. We booked it the day before our arrival and the host had made sure it was perfect. The property was well equipped with everything we could possibly need; including lots of things for the children. The host could not have been more helpful - and we arrived to a lovely cake and fresh bread that she had made. The property is in a good location, with Cirencester only 10mins away by car. We will be recommending to our friends and look forward to visiting again! Thank you!”
