We did have a couple of problems while we were there. However Zac sorted the heating problem the same day but unfortunately the wifi was off due to an Open Reach fault which left us without the internet for five days. Therefore, we couldn't use Nexflix or Sky Go on our Apple Mac which was disappointing. The radiator in the conservatory was in my opinion to small to provide adequate heat.

Stayed recently in this lovely cottage which is situated in an idea part of town for all the shops bars and restaurants. The cottage has a brilliant conservatory and patio area with view's over the River Dee. However, the steps down to the patio and garden area from the conservatory could be challenging to the less mobile. Overall,we had a great stay and would certainly go back again

This beautiful cottage was the base for the most important day of my life. Extremely spacious and equipped with everything that was needed. On the oldest Street in the town, the cottage interior was both inkeeping with its age and modernised too. Spending most of the time in the conservatory with views of the river Dee it was the perfect spot with very easy access to local shops and sightseeing. The owners and property manager were easy to communicate with and helped with any questions or queries including returning items left behind.

We had a 2 day stay in Langollen, and we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay than this cottage. Fully equipped, clean, comfortable and with great views from the garden overlooking the river . The town itself is so nice with lots of places to eat and drink. 2 days wasn't enough so we have booked to go again.

Just returned from two night stay at this beautiful cottage, built in 1693 it’s full of charm with its oak beams, the cottage has a large full equipped kitchen with everything thing you need washing machine dish washer etc , we enjoyed a bbq on the patio looking over the river so relaxing with amazing views to castle Dinas. Very clean with fresh linen and a lovely welcome pack. Located in walking distance of all the local restaurants and pubs. I would highly recommend this cottage and will be returning very soon. if visiting Llangollen it’s a must

I recently stayed here with my partner and we definitely were not disappointed. On arrival there is a complimentary welcome pack with plenty of information on the amenities of the cottage and the local area. The cottage has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances, fresh towels and bed linen and a secondary seating area in the conservatory with dining table. We particularly loved sitting in the conservatory as the sun was going down of an evening. There is a sound system you can play music through either by radio or by bluetooth from your phone and very pretty fairy lights which were a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable and the showers very powerful. I could go on but we really did have zero complaints about the accommodation, such a homely cottage! Now for the location - the cottage itself is on Church Street in the centre of Llangollen overlooking the river Dee. Local for water sports, narrow boat rides and steam train rides. For a free activity we walked up to Castell Dinas Bran which is the castle ruins you can see from the garden of the cottage. This was a challenging yet enjoyable walk giving panoramic views of Llangollen. A must do! The cottage is also in a convenient location for several different shops, cafes, pubs and bars. If you are venturing out of the village by car, there are lots of other places to visit. The 2 we really recommend is the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Horseshoe Pass. Overall Llangollen is a lovely and picturesque village we would definitely revisit one day!
