Llanbedrog is a small village that sits close to the sea as part of the Lleyn Peninsula. The beach here is extremely popular, benefiting from its southerly aspect. It offers huge expanses of fine sand with glorious views of Cardigan Bay. The shores are often visited by dolphins and porpoises and the sea is also popular for a variety of water-sports. Inland, the panorama is a stunning vista of rolling countryside and rugged Welsh hills. The Snowdonia National Park is within easy access, offering around 82 square miles of unspoilt scenery, which houses a diverse range of flora and fauna. Llanbedrog village also has its own hidden gems, such as Wales' oldest gallery, the Oriel Plas Glyn-Y-Weddw Arts Centre and St. Pedrog's 6th Century church.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Reviews

A beautiful modern house with all amenities. Had a lively time here. Bedrooms, bathrooms and all social areas of the house were very modern and comfy. Gated area at the back to let the dog out and a lovely sunny terrace on the front and hot tub around the rear of the house. Owner was very easy to communicate with and she left us a gorgeous welcome basket to enjoy. There is a pub and spar within a few minutes walk, with the beach a short walk away. The drive where you park can be quite steep for some cars, so just judge the parking a little but cant fault this beautiful house for a get away.

A great big house which was really clean and pleasant and well worth the 6.5 hour drive up. Suited our large party of friends and 2 dogs with a gated areas and allocated dog toilet patches. The house also has a stair gate and small wooden gates to help block entrances to keep the dogs safe. The house was great far large dinners and the living room was great for playing games and watching the Euros. Plenty of bathrooms and a large downstairs walk in shower, but the highlight was the hot tub which was well appreciated after conquering Snowden. The views from the hot tub and the outside terrace spaces which is connected to the kitchen and living room, is amazing and you can see the sea on a good day. The beach is a really short 10min walk away and is really beautiful and theres 5k hike which has beautiful views. Theres also a pub a stones throw away which has great food (fish finger sandwich is epic) and a large outdoor area. .Your not very far away from Abersoch - which is another pretty town and has the best pizza place called CRUST (we highly recommend it). The host Lulu amazing!! Friendly and lovely to chat too and even kindly posted my hair clippers and shaver I left behind free of charge. We LOVED our stay here at Argraig - soo many wonderful memories! And we will 100% visit again!!

I don't have enough superlatives to describe Argraig! This is definitely the best holiday home I have ever stayed in. The owner has thought of absolutely everything! All the bedrooms were large with super comfy beds (I slept like a log every night) and lovely bed linen. There are two bathrooms upstairs (one en-suite and one shared) and two shower rooms downstairs (again, one en-suite and one shared) all with modern fittings. The sitting room is huge with enough squidgy sofas for everyone to enjoy a night in front of the super-sized smart TV. The kitchen is huge and equipped with everything you could possibly want. The dining table seats 12 comfortably and there is another seating area with a tv - just perfect. Outside is a well tended patio to the rear with lots of plants and a big table and sun loungers. It is a real suntrap. To the side is the hot tub with fabulous views towards the sea and Harlech. And at the front there are two sitting areas which can easily be joined together. The house was incredibly clean and we were reassured by the fact that the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled between each set of guests. We had a really lovely time and will definitely be back. Only trouble is .... it's getting booked up for next year really quickly!
