This well-presented, semi-detached cottage rests in the delightful harbour village of Maidens, situated along the largely unexplored coastline of south west Scotland. Serving as a homely base for family and friends, Meadowbank has been renovated to a high, contemporary standard with a bright and airy open-plan living area, here you can look forward to relaxing on the large corner sofa whilst browsing through the entertainment options on the Smart TV, all before enjoying a sumptuous feast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The ground floor also includes a cosy double bedroom, which is a great choice for those with limited mobility, whilst the remaining two bedrooms can be found upstairs. The master features a spacious king-size with sloped ceilings, while the bunk room is perfect for children had has fabulous sea views. Heading outside of the property, why not treat yourself to a glass of wine, or perhaps an alfresco meal on the enclosed patio? The cottage is ideally placed for holidaymakers, with a well-stocked local shop just across the road and an extensive sandy beach with stunning views of Ailsa Craig a little further ahead. Enjoy a day at the beach or take advantage of some of the great walking and cycling trails which are available nearby. If golfing is your passion, then there are a number of fine courses in Ayrshire including the luxury Turnberry resort, just one and half miles away. What a gem of a family property this is. It is very modern and clean. Fab space for entertaining both indoors and outdoors with parking. It is located near the beach and walking distance to local parks, shop and restaurant. Culzean Castle is also near by with ether a short drive or 10/15 Min. walk along the beach to it. A mobile pizza van came round one night which was amazing. We loved this place and will definitely be back again.
This is a fabulous property within a lovely village, which has been renovated to a very high standard. Wonderful space for family entertaining with all facilities you could require. Lots of storage space and ideally situated for the beach with easy access to local amenities, such as restaurants and the nearby national trust property which has a wonderful park and stunning scenery. The property has wi-Fi, smart t-v with Netflix and a selection of board games for days when Scottish weather is not on your side, and patio furniture to make the most of the long Scottish summer evenings. Overall this is a wonderful property which I would highly recommend to everyone.
