The cottage also boasts a bathroom, kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the rear of the property you can find a decking with furniture, and to the front is ample off-road parking. Trevena Lodge is a fantastic base for family and friends looking for a trip to the coast of Cornwall. The property is not wheelchair accessible.

Games room with table football, air hockey and snooker. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Rear limestone paved area with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles (on-site), pub 0.2 miles. Note: The hot tub needs to be maintained on a daily basis, the owner visits the property to check the chemical levels etc. Note: Charcoal for barbecue not provided. * PLEASE NOTE* This property does not accept stag, hen or similar parties. This is a family Friendly Property, with adjoining neighbours. Please keep noise and music to a minimum inside the property between the hours of 11pm-7am and outside the property from 10pm to 7am. The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm. Note: This property can be booked with Ref. 1024282 and Ref.1017702 all together sleeping 20 people. Please note there is no EV charging permitted at this property, the nearest Ev charging is in Tintagel in the visitor centre car park.
