Located on the edge of the river Exe, this charming terraced cottage is set over three floors and is the perfect choice for a family or a group of friends. The open-plan living space has been lovingly renovated by the owner with a blend of modern and vintage furniture, pale blue walls and cream tiled floors, making the room feel bright and welcoming. Prepare an evening meal or a hearty breakfast in the pristine and well-equipped modern kitchen (or choose from one of the local restaurants in Topsham). The smart TV includes a Netflix account, and the Bluetooth speaker/CD player, selection of board games and DVDs will keep you entertained during the evening.
