Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, as well as an additional sitting room with an electric fire. Outside has an enclosed front lawned garden and an enclosed rear patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Shaftesbury is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to East Yorkshire.

Set 100 metres from an award winning beach in the seaside town of Bridlington, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, is this charming Victorian semi-detached property, Beach House. The property has been tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and a light decor adding to the welcoming feeling. Be welcomed into the sitting room which has a large bay window giving the room an abundance of natural light and still retaining many of its original features such as the decorative inglenook fireplace housing an electric fire. Here, you can cosy up with your loved ones on the selection of sofas and tune into the Smart TV to while away the hours as you catch up on the day's events. Towards the rear of the property is a further open-plan living space, complete with a second sitting area benefitting from a woodburning stove for those winter months and plenty of sofas to curl up with a good book, or make the most of the Smart TV or Xbox 360. The dining area provides ample space for family gatherings over a hot meal and a refreshing beverage, or simply choose to plan the week's activities here.
