There are five bedrooms within the property including a ground-floor super-king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to ground-floor bathroom, a ground-floor family room with a double and truckle with access to patio and en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor super-king size with 2 x pull-out truckles and a travel cot with access to patio and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin and a first-floor double, as well as a cloakroom, making the property suitable to sleep up to ten adults and four children. The property also holds a kitchen/diner, a dining room, a sitting room, a utility and a conservatory. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a large lawned back garden with furniture, a gas barbecue and a hot tub. The Skilling is a wondrous property for a large family gathering in this scenic area of Dorset.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Up to three travel cots, two highchairs and stairgate available. Ample off-road parking. Large matured garden with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. Pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.7 miles. Note: No more than 10 adults (bringing four children) are encouraged to stay at the property at one time. Note: There are a couple of stairs down to some areas of the ground floor including bedrooms so the property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note that due to current government restrictions, all rooms advertised may not be available, however, please contact the office to discuss discounts for smaller parties. Summer House. Further afield is Lyme Regis with even more attractions, making Bridport the perfect base for exploring this area of West Dorset.
Reviews
We stayed at the Skillen as a party of 13 and the accomodation was Great. The 5 bedrooms, large dining areas and lounge provided ample space for everyone. Also parking was good for 4 cars and garden was also great with the hot tub. We had a lovely long weekend and will definitely return in the future.
