Spend your down time in the sitting room, fitted with real oak flooring and two plush sofas to sink into, as well as a lovely woodburning stove and flatscreen TV which is perfect for those cosy nights with your loved ones. Wander round into the refreshing kitchen, offering a selection of modern appliances and plenty of worktop space to prepare sumptuous meals, along with a dining table to enjoy them at. Completing the downstairs is the utility room with washer/dryer and cloakroom with basin and WC for added convenience. The charming interior continues to the first floor, where you can look forward to retiring to the tastefully furnished bedrooms, with a double and twin bedded options. Serving these dwellings is the bathroom with bath and shower over, so you can benefit from a relaxing soak at the end of your day, as well as refreshing morning shower for the perfect start to the day. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
