The Saddlers is a contemporary, detached property, fully accessible for wheelchairs, resting in Hilderstone near Fulford in Staffordshire. This all-ground-floor property has two bedrooms; a double and twin, sleeping four guests, as well as a wetroom bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with woodburning stove. WIFI currently being upgraded and may not be available for all dates please enquire if essential. Outside, there is a enclosed lawn with seating area and a decking area with private hot tub, along with off-road parking for several cars. The Saddlers is a wonderful rural retreat in Staffordshire.

This spacious and contemporary ground-floor property is ideal for a couple, small family or group wanting to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious getaway in a peaceful Staffordshire location. Accessed via a private driveway and offering ample off-road parking, Saddlers benefits from a ramp entrance and level access throughout the property, making it suitable for assisted wheelchair users along with wide doorways, a wide hallway and low threshold patio doors throughout, all accessed by a ramp. Travel across the large lawned garden before entering the property, admiring the lovely seating area and wrap-around wooden decking, home to a private hot tub for perfect evenings relaxing under the stars. The open-plan living room boasts sliding patio doors that span the length of the property, illuminating the space with natural light, fresh air on a sunny day, and showcasing the best of the countryside view. Paul and Rachael sent us an email prior to arrival, everything was very well organised and we arrived with a lot of information already at hand! Rachael and paul both introduced themselves, so did Ted the dog and explained everything about the hot tub, log fire and anything else we needed to know. The holiday home was fantastic, done to a very good standard, over looks a field and very much out of the way. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you needed and the lounge had a sofa which folded out into a bed. There was a folder of information on things to do, places to eat and even a menu for the local pub. Well behaved Pets are allowed and the garden at the front is enclosed so they have somewhere to run around. The hot tub outside was great after a day of seeing the sights, the walk in wet room was also a great addition to the property! Thank you Rachael, Paul and Ted for our wonderful stay!
