All-ground-floor, however, not wheelchair accessible. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x bunk room. Bathroom with corner bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. off road parking available for 2 cars. Safe and secure garden and patio area with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles and pub 0.2 miles. Note: Charcoal for barbecue is not provided. This property welcomes a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs. Please do not allow pets on furniture or in the bedrooms. * PLEASE NOTE* This property does not accept stag, hen or similar parties. This is a family Friendly Property, with adjoining neighbours. Please keep noise and music to a minimum inside the property between the hours of 11pm-7am and outside the property from 10pm to 7am. Please note there is no EV charging permitted at this property, the nearest Ev charging is in Tintagel in the visitor centre car park.
