A charming, character cottage, situated in a quiet farmstead surrounded by beautiful countryside. The cottage is a 10-minute drive away from the picturesque harbour and village of Moelfre and Amlwch. Discover the many picturesque sandy beaches, where you can spend your afternoons bathing in the sun and enjoying a delightful picnic or ice cream. The glorious sandy beach of Lligwy is a 10-minute drive away. Boasting traditional charm and a good selection of amenities to assist you in all of your self-catering requirements, this cottage makes the perfect home-away-from-home for your tranquil retreat. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by the homely living/dining room, where you can enjoy a meal at the dining table, or simply unwind into your evening on the sofa in front of the television and settle down in front of the Wood Burner on those frosty winter nights. Take a couple of steps up to a bright and airy bedroom boasting a super-king-size bed with zip/link features. Off to the left is the modest kitchen, home to all of the essential appliances to assist you on your self-catered stay. Spend some time in the mornings out on the courtyard at the back of the cottage or a spot of stargazing. Guests can enjoy 2.5 acres of gardens and grounds, complete with stunning flower beds, fruit trees and a vegetable plot. The paddock is surrounded by an old hedgerow and is planted with native trees. At the bottom of the paddock, a stream runs through two ponds, perfect for watching the resident ducks and moorhens from the perfectly positioned summerhouse. Wild rabbits, hedgehogs & birds come and go in the grounds too making this cottage a nature lovers delight! Conveniently located for easy access to the many delights of the Isle of Anglesey, Snowdonia and the North Wales coast, with its delightful mountains, lakes and beaches on your doorstep. The Anglesey Coastal Path, with its 125 miles of spectacular scenery to explore offers all manner of watersport activities including sailing, kayaking and fishing. For the more energetic explore the plentiful trails for walking and cycling or The Bull Golf Course is 5 miles away. The Byre is a wonderful holiday location ideal for nature lovers who want to enjoy the peace, tranquillity and wildlife.

Llanderchymedd can be found at the centre of the action of the Isle of Anglesey. Once a market town, the area now offers visitors a wonderful community feel, with two pubs, a village shop, a café and a scatter of other useful amenities to tend to your self-catering requirements. Take a trek up the Mynydd Bodafon Mountain to enjoy a peaceful picnic spot, or venture to the nearby coastal villages of Moelfre or Benllech for beach days and picturesque scenery like no other.

Note: Although the property is all on the ground floor, there are a couple of stairs down to the living/dining area. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Please note, this property is not suitable for infants

Location Details

Dulas is a small hamlet on the East Coast of Anglesey, near Lligwy Beach. Stroll along the coastal path and soak up the views of the bay and Dulas Island. Lligwy Beach is s must-visit dog-friendly landscape, with the bustling little cafe on the beach. Llaneilian beach and Cemaes are a short drive away, as is Moelfre and old fishing village. Enjoy local produce and home made meals, after a walk along the coastal path.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
