Comfortable, spacious cottage with everything you could need - far better equipped than any cottage we've ever stayed in before. Our granddaughters loved visiting the animals. Mel is so generous, and nothing is too much trouble. Pleasant rural walks from the cottage (though muddy in March!)
A home away from home. My wife and I ,with our daughter,son in law, and two grandaughters spent an amazing week at this fabulous cottage. The owners live on site and are an absolute joy. Our welcome pack of eggs bread milk butter and honey was just delightful. There are chickens running freely, aswell as a couple of friendly cats and two even friendlier whippets. Mel ,the owner , advised us of the best places to visit and the best places to eat, every one a gem. Our five year old, Fern spent hours on the huge trampoline, when she wasnt feeding all the animals. We will return.
