There are two bedrooms consisting of a double and a twin, both sharing a bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep up to four people. The cottage is also home to a kitchen, a living/dining area and an external shared laundry room. Outside you will find a private patio area with furniture, as well as having shared access to the owner's grounds which offer bike storage and a summerhouse. There is off-road parking for 2 cars at this property. The Stables is a wonderful cottage to base your family retreat to Wales. Note: Although the property is all on the ground floor, there are a couple of stairs internally and when entering the property Note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, children must be supervised at all times Note: there is an apartment above this accommodation.

The Stables is a thoughtfully converted 18th century barn providing a family of four with a superb holiday destination who are looking to explore the delights of the North Wales countryside and beaches. A charming, character cottage, situated in a quiet farmstead surrounded by beautiful countryside. The cottage is 10-minute drive away from the picturesque harbour and village of Moelfre and Amlwch. Discover the many picturesque sandy beaches, where you can spend your afternoons bathing in the sun and enjoying a delightful picnic or ice cream. The glorious sandy beach of Lligwy is a 10-minute drive away. Boasting traditional charm and a good selection of amenities to assist you in all of your self-catering requirements, this cottage makes the perfect home-away-from-home for your tranquil retreat. You enter the cottage by three steps and are greeted by a homely snug living/dining area, where you can settle down together on the sofa and unwind into your evening, or sit at the dining table to enjoy some time playing board games together. The kitchen area offers a traditional farmhouse style space. Spend some time in the mornings out on the courtyard at the back of the cottage or a spot of stargazing. Guests can enjoy 2.5 acres of gardens and grounds, complete with stunning flower beds, fruit trees and a vegetable plot. The paddock is surrounded by an old hedgerow and is planted with native trees. At the bottom of the paddock, a stream runs through two ponds, perfect for watching the resident ducks and moorhens from the perfectly positioned summerhouse. Wild rabbits, hedgehogs & birds come and go in the grounds too making this cottage a nature lovers delight! Conveniently located for easy access to the many delights of the Isle of Anglesey, Snowdonia and the North Wales coast, with its delightful mountains, lakes and beaches on your doorstep. The Anglesey Coastal Path, with its 125 miles of spectacular scenery to explore offers all manner of watersport activities including sailing, kayaking and fishing. For the more energetic explore the plentiful trails for walking and cycling or The Bull Golf Course is 5 miles away. The Stables is a delightful cottage to base your family getaway on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey.

Llanerchymedd is a delightful former market town, situated at the centre of the Isle of Anglesey, Wales. Within the village you can find pubs, a café, a local shop, a fish and chip shop, and a scatter of other wonderful amenities to assist you in all of your requirements. For the avid adventurer, the freshwater reservoirs of Llyn Cefni and Llyn Alaw offer scenic experiences like no other, or enjoy a day on the beach at the nearby coastal villages of Benllech or Moelfre, providing fun for all of the family.

Location Details

Dulas, on the East Coast of Anglesey, is a little village next to Lligwy Beach. Observe the bay and Dulas Island while strolling along the seaside path. The thriving little cafe on the sand at Lligwy Beach makes it dog friendly all year round. A quick drive will take you to Moelfre, a historic fishing community, and Llaneilian beach. Cemaes is also nearby. After a stroll along the beachfront walkway, try one of the locally owned cafes or pubs' home-cooked fare.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
