On the first floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a balcony. To the rear of the property is a patio with furniture and storage, while the front offers off-road parking for two cars. Devonair is a wonderful holiday home for families, friends and couples at any time of year.

Newly built brand new property for 2020. Boasting a charming, contemporary interior and wonderful sea views from the balcony, Devonair makes a beautiful base from which to explore the coast and countryside of Devon. Internally, the quirky reverse-level offers the best glimpses of the vibrant village and seaside below, making this property an extremely scenic spot for a family, friends or even a couple. Park up at the front of the property and make your way into the hallway, choosing from one of two delightful bedrooms to settle down your belongings; the first of the two bedrooms is a twin, offering a gleaming en-suite shower room and even its own TV, while the master king-size can be found to the rear of the property and also has a TV and en-suite shower room, as well as access to the rear patio via double doors, making it the perfect spot from which to enjoy your morning coffee in the summer months as your canine companion plays freely. Both of the bedrooms benefit from ample storage for your personal belongings in their built-in wardrobes, as well as a lovely spot to rest your head in a luxurious Hypnos bed for a great night’s sleep. And in the morning to refresh, with both of the stylish en-suite shower rooms offering the ultimate tranquil spot for a refreshing shower. Fabulous cottage, beautifully decorated. 5 mins to beach and balcony a great feature. We had a great holiday with our doodle. We discovered Westward Ho!, very much a traditional seaside town, and the lovely surrounding areas. 2 things to note: 1. Housing is quite closely packed so you can see directly into windows and gardens 2. Both next door houses have hot tubs and it can get quite loud later into the evening
We have recently returned home from a wonderful week (2 adults, 2 children - 13 and 11, and one dog) staying at Devonair. It is a beautiful house, kitted out with all the mod cons to make for a relaxing holiday. The afternoon tea and dog treats were a lovely surprise on arrival. Its location was perfect, within walking distance of Westward Ho beach and all the local amenities. Most afternoons/early evenings we enjoyed walking down to the beach (seeing the ponies and sheep roaming free) and we also saw the most beautiful sunset. Couldn't fault our stay and we have already booked up again from 2021. I think we will become regular visitors to Devonair!
