The town of Whitby is just 5.5 miles away and is home to some of the most beautiful views in the North York Moors. Said to have been the inspiration behind Bram Stoker's 'Dracula', the seventh century Whitby Abbey is an enchanting Gothic landmark that is a must to visit during your stay.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Stayed here early September for 4 nights. What a lovely location in the old bay. A quaint cottage attention to detail by the owners is second to non. The welcome we received was lovely as it welcomed our little dog also. The facilities through out were amazing. We will be back. Thankyou
