Reviews

This place is gorgeous. This was our first trip away with (10 month) old dog in tow. The house is so stylish and has everything you could need and much more (not sure I’ve ever used a plate warmer and I don’t own a nespresso machine irl). Even the dog has been well looked after with extra throws for the sofas and a boot room and mud daddy for paw washing after a muddy walk (and a welcome biscuit. so cute). Location is fantastic, a few minutes walk from the centre but on a very quite road. Also just a minute from a park, perfect for first and last thing walks for our young dog. There were board games and books for bad weather but we had sun all weekend so got to enjoy a lovely evening drink in the courtyard, which is secure, so perfect for pup to roam. I’ve stayed in lots of cottages over the years but this felt more like a 5* hotel with decor and the quality of the bedding and towels. Until I had to load and unload the dishwasher that is ;) Am already booked for winter as I know this place has everything we need for sorting out a muddy pup.
