The property dates back to the 1890s and still has some of its original charm whilst having been renovated to provide a contemporary base for friends and families to relax. Step into the sitting room which has a white leather sofa and two chairs to curl up and unwind whilst the electric fire provides that extra bit of warmth during those chillier winter months. Here you can while away the hours in front of the wall-mounted TV to catch up on your favourite shows or enjoy a family movie night. Walk through to the open-plan kitchen/diner which has enough seating for all four guests to gather over a lovingly prepared home-cooked meal and catch up on the day's events. The kitchen has a set of muted green units and wooden worktops with plenty of preparation space for preparing your meals with the added benefits of a dishwasher, washer/dryer and beer fridge for that extra bit of luxury during your trip. Also on this floor is a shower room with deluxe fixtures and fittings so you can prepare for your day in style. You are ideally placed for accessing Northwich, Macclesfield, Warrington and Manchester, all only a short drive away. Or travel further afield into the bustling city centre of Chester for a range of tourist attractions, such as a short boat trip on the River Dee, or take a riverside walk with your furry companion. For a spot of history, visit the Chester city walls or the medieval Chester Cathedral. Your little ones will delight in visiting Chester Zoo and seeing the exotic animals such as meerkats, whilst you may be more impressed with the larger animals such as tigers and lions.
