All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double, 1 x single. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with log burner and TV.

Woodburning stove. Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Private parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture, lawned garden. Lockable storage for bikes etc. One small well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub are 10 minute drive to Keswick. Note: The owner's live next door to the property

A quiet village at the north end of beautiful Derwent Water, Portinscale offers a shop and pub, and makes an ideal base for exploring the region. Bustling Keswick with its Saturday market, visitor attractions, museums and boat trips is just 1 mile away, while the picturesque scenery of the lakes and mountains makes this a great base from which to explore this popular area.
