Pub within 2 miles, shop within 0.7 miles. Note: Although all on one floor there are 8 steps up to the property.

Llysfaen is a small village resting in Conwy County, which overlooks the north coast of Wales on the southern slopes of Mynydd Marian, situated just 3.5 miles away from Colwyn Bay. Within the village you will find a number of facilities, which include a primary school, a convenience store and village hall, a brewery and a takeaway.
