There is a separate sitting room, providing a great place to unwind in the evening, with a large L-shaped sofa to curl up on while enjoying your favourite shows on the Smart TV and the games room is sure to keep the children entertained for hours. There is a utility room housing a washing machine and a handy cloakroom with basin and WC, while upstairs is a fully-tiled, stylish bathroom suite with a shower over bath and a heated towel rail, where you can prepare for each day. Upstairs you will also discover four spacious, carpeted bedrooms, neutrally styled with white and grey tones, two king-size bedrooms, en-suite shower room included with master bedroom, as well as a double bedroom and twin room. Outside, there is off-road parking available, as well as a rear, enclosed garden, accessed via patio doors in the living room, with a lawn and a patio area with furniture, where you can enjoy an alfresco lunch in the sunshine. You are within walking distance of a selection of shops, a convenience store, a pub and café, while Crantock Beach is less than a mile away, at the mouth of the Gannel estuary, offering a lovely sandy expanse, backed by sand dunes and excellent surfing conditions. From here, you can access the South West Coast Path in both directions along the north Cornwall coast; head south towards the St Agnes Heritage Coast and discover Perranporth's 3-mile stretch of glorious sandy beach that is popular with surfers, as well as Cligga Head mine, St Agnes Head observatory and the National Trust's Chapel Porth nature reserve, while a venture north encorporates the popular surfing resort of Newquay, with three spectacular beaches, an idyllic harbour, a zoo and an aquarium, as well as the Trevose Head Heritage Coast, with attractions such as Carnewas at Bedruthan Steps, Trevose Headland nature reserve and the 19th century scenic Trevose Head Lighthouse. The cathedral city of Truro is a short drive away, offering excellent shopping and dining opportunities, as well as strolls along its river, boat trips to the harbour town of Falmouth and access to the picturesque Boscawen Park, the National Trust's incredible Trelissick Garden estate.
