Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a pretty, enclosed lawn at the front of the property with outdoor furniture and a summerhouse. No. 4 is a great base for exploring Northumberland.

Beal 2.9 miles.This charming mid-terrace property rests in the quiet hamlet of Haggerston, close to Beal on the fringes of the Northumberland Coast AONB. No.4 is a great base for a couple or small family wanting to explore Northumberland, with the coastline, Lindasfarne Nature Reserve and popular destinations of Berwick-upon-Tweed, Bamburgh, Seahouses and Alnwick all within easy reach. There is off-road parking for two cars and shared access to the front of the property, where you will find an immaculate lawned garden with pretty flowers with a bench and summerhouse, where you can sit back and appreciate your charming setting. Step inside the property and discover a cosy sitting room with lots of seating, tiled flooring, a lovely woodburning stove to heat up the room in the evening, as you sit back and enjoy a movie night on the TV. The kitchen/diner houses a dining table for four, where you can come together to enjoy a home-cooked meal, prepared in the kitchen area, which is well-equipped with a host of useful appliances, while the fridge/freezer is housed in the entrance hall, by the back door. Haggerston has a holiday park with its own lake and a golf course, as well as a birds of prey birdwatching site, while the hamlet of Beal, tucked inside the Northumberland Coast AONB, offers a café-style restaurant and is close to a selection of pretty, sandy beaches. From Beal, you can access the Northumberland Coastal Path and hike the Lindasfarne Causeway to Holy Island, where you can admire incredible coastal scenery, enjoy seal watching and visit Lindisfarne Castle. Head down the coast towards Bamburgh, where you will discover a castle, pavilion, lighthouse and choice of beaches, as well as the village of Seahouses, where you can jump on a boat and head out to Farne Island and capture a glimpse of seals and puffins. Head north towards Berwick-upon-Tweed to visit its castle ruins and to be within easy reach of the Scottish Borders, while the Northumberland National Park and Kielder Forest Park are also easily accessible. No.4 is a wonderful base for exploring Northumberland.
