Stepping into the cottage, the open-plan living space invites you in. Sure to be the social hub throughout your trip, the space offers a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Rustle up delicious meals for your group in the kitchen, fit with an electric oven and hob, along with a handy dishwasher to help with the cleanup and a washing machine so you can freshen up your clothes. From here, gather as a family to eat your meals at the dining table; the stylish table offers a bench, perfect for getting cosy while you catch up on the day's events. Treat your group to a meal out in one of the local restaurants for dinner; Pizza Palos is within walking distance, as well as a good selection of cuisines such as Gurkha Restaurant for Nepalese food, or perhaps pick up a traditional fish and chip supper from Rock'n'Sole. Spend your days wandering the lovely sandy beach, building sandcastles and paddling in the shores. There is an abundance of peaceful walking routes you can take from the doorstep of the dwelling including the picture-perfect dunes and grassland at the Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve. If you are travelling with younger guests, why not spend an afternoon at Pavilion Amusements, a traditional amusement park with arcade games and an over 18s casino-style area for the adults. Further afield, venture into the city of Exeter and discover the magnificent Exeter Cathedral.
