Sat on an elevated land, a sweeping driveway leads you to the front of the ground-floor stone cottage, based close to the owner's property on their grounds, boasting your very own private lawned area through a charming pergola, you'll find a rugged rockery garden, lush shrubbery as well as your own patio space in front of the property where you can sit out and delight in a morning coffee. The rustic exterior is shifted as soon as you step into the contemporary open-plan room, a large studio layout space in an 'L-shape', with quirky lighting, wood laminate flooring, a bespoke king-size bed, dining and a kitchen area. Make use of the wall-mounted, swing out Smart TV, complemented with a Sonos speaker and sky channels, you can enjoy a film either tucked up in bed on a lazy morning, or with a bottle of wine on the plush sofa of an evening, there's also a selection of games and books to keep you entertained on a rainy day. The king-size bed is situated next to natural light seeping in through the bay windows, as well as handy reading lights on each side of the bed for a late night read.
