Upon arrival at the property, you will be immediately taken by the gorgeous surroundings of North Devon's countryside, where you can venture across the way to the walled garden to stretch your legs or make your way inside the dwelling to discover the fabulous accommodation. When entering the property, you will find a sizeable sitting room to your left, a space that boasts a vaulted ceiling, ample seating for you to relax on and a 55" Smart TV, so you can watch your favourite shows with ease; the room is also home to a toasty woodburning stove that is ideal for those cooler months. Progress through the property to find the kitchen/diner, where green tiles adorn the walls and exposed beams embellish the ceiling, giving the space a country charm; the chef of the group will be pleased to find a range of appliances to rustle up delicious homecooked meals with. When dinner is ready, gather around the dining table to tuck into a mouth-watering meal and catch up on the day's events. The property is also home to a marvellous games room, where the kids can play air hockey or table football in the evenings, whilst you relax in the rear garden's hot tub, taking in those stunning views of the country. As the day draws to a close, choose between five fantastic bedrooms that all enjoy their own, unique style, with four resting on the ground-floor, a twin and three doubles, and another double settled in a private location upstairs, with access to an immaculate, en-suite shower room. The ground-floor bedrooms share access to a beautifully finished bathroom, where you can enjoy a peaceful soak in the bath after a day packed with excursions.
