Crooked Well is a historic, semi-detached stone cottage resting in the popular village of Timsbury, conveniently situated for access to Bath and Bristol. A charming two-bedroomed cottage in the very heart of the village, yet peaceful in a so-called ‘select’ cul-de-sac with its own parking area for two cars, it makes a wonderful choice for a couples' escape or a family retreat to the countryside. Originally built in the 1840s, the property now offers a homely base from which to spend quality time with your loved ones; enter into the dining room, conveniently situated so you can sit down and enjoy a warming cup of coffee after a day of exploring, before moving into the sitting room to retire for the evening. Flick on the freestanding, electric fire, which can be moved if an open fire is desired, and turn on the Smart TV for an evening of lighthearted entertainment; this room also boasts a sofa bed, perfect for those with limited mobility who don't want to tackle the stairs, with a convenient cloakroom being on this floor too. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials to prepare a family-favourite meal, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, a washing machine and access to a tumble dryer in the shed, you can find all you need and more for a relaxing self-catered stay.
