Hosting a king-size with an en-suite shower room, two doubles, a ground-floor double and a twin (zip/link can be super-king-size on request), along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to ten guests. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with a games area, a conservatory with a dining area, a sitting room with an electric fire, and an external utility. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a hot tub and there is ample off road parking. Pengwern Farmhouse is in a fantastic setting with woodland walks available from the door.

Bathroom with bath, over-head shower, basin and WC. Ground-floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Separate WC upstairs. Kitchen/living room with range cooker and games area. External utility. Conservatory with dining area. Sitting room with wood burning stove. Games room, Please note this room is not heated as it is not part of the main house. Note : Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.

Please note: Hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night. The Hot Tub is not to be used after 10pm. Please note: A starter pack is included for the woodburning stove and further supplies can be purchased from the owner or from the nearest garage. Please note: There is an annex on this property which is used as a holiday let. Please note: This property can only accommodate bookings from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. Note: this property accepts a maximum occupancy of 10 plus 1 infant. This property is on a working farm - Dogs must be kept on a lead around sheep
