Wander down to the shores of West Bay for a host of activities to enjoy from fossil hunting on this ancient Jurassic Coast and fishing trips out to sea, to days sunbathing on the beach and walks along the coast, there's something for everyone. Breath-taking cliff top scenery awaits you in both directions along the South West Coast Path, with Lyme Regis to the west and Abbotsbury and Weymouth to the east. Head east to visit the lovely Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens and famous Abbotsbury Swannery, and take a drive over to Weymouth to experience the classic seaside delights of amusements, eateries, and exciting attractions like SEA LIFE Centre Weymouth and Sandworld. Bridport is just next door and offers an array of restaurants and pubs along with a weekly farmer's market allowing you to pick up some fresh, local ingredients for your self-catered cooking.
