Designated sitting area along with shared patio with furniture, hot tub and barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 2.8 miles. Shared use of estate grounds and facilities inc. indoor heated swimming pool, table tennis room, children's play area and 2.5-acre trout fishing lake. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Note: Limited mobile reception. Note: Minimum 3 night stay. Note: The table tennis room is available, but please bring your own racquets and balls.The swimming pool can be booked for 45 minute private sessions, All guests can pre-book up to a maximum of 3 swimming slots ( or 2 slots for short stays 2 and 3 nights ) 7 days prior to arrival by contacting [email protected]
