Brondderwen is a lovely stone detached cottage, resting in a slightly elevated position next to a stream on the outskirts of Blaenau Ffestiniog, in North Wales. Internally, the property has been renovated to provide a warm and contemporary base to explore all that the beautiful Snowdonia National Park has to offer, whilst also boasting period features such as exposed beams, stonework and lintel walls. The best way to access the property is through the lower ground floor entrance into a spacious kitchen, fitted to a high-standard with a range of contemporary appliances, including a handy dishwasher, for cooking up delicious meals and a Belfast sink adding to that country feel of the property. Follow the steps up to the first-floor to discover a spacious open-plan living room and dining area. Perfect to cosy up with your loved ones on the sofas after a day exploring the Welsh mountains, and discuss the day's events whilst the warming woodburning stove provides that extra bit of comfort. Delight in the far-reaching views to the mountain range, which makes for a wonderful viewing pleasure whilst watching the sunrise.
