First of all, Allison and Mark are the best hosts you can imagine! They were super helpful and quick to reply. The flat is located just a few steps from Malvern Hills and its gorgeous views. There are plenty of things to do and see in this area. The apartment I was staying in is very well equipped, it has all you need and more. It's modern and cosy, couldn't recommend it more. If you are looking for a place to work remotely or just a city escape to nature, you will not be disappointed. Also, if you are a yoga fan, check out Allison's website, she's doing some pretty nice stuff!

Situated near enough to shops and pubs but on a quiet road. A straightforward route to get to the station. (We'd come by train but it would have been possible to park close by). Very convenient for walking on the hills. Compact, clean and comfortable apartment. Great shower. Efficient heating as it was still chilly outside in the evening. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Escape

Had a wonderful week out of season. The cottage was clean and really comfortable with the owners leaving some goodies on my arrival. Was lucky enough to meet one of the lovely owners! It's situated right next to the hills and shops, yet has all the privacy you might want. I had such a lovely time, and hope to return soon.

I loved my stay at The Escape. I stayed for a fortnight on a "working holiday". It was perfect, with good wifi for my work requirements and then even more perfect for the holiday element! Based at the foot of the hills, you can be at the top of the Worcestershire Beacon within the hour. The lovely theatre, independent shops, nice bars and Waitrose are all within 10 mins walk. Malvern is a beautiful part of the country and this cosy stay couldn't be more convenient and idyllic.

To escape to "The Escape" was exactly what the Dr. ordered. I arrived on the friday weary after a full week in work. Just felt I needed to "get away" from it all. I arrived early evening to a very warm welcome from the hosts Mark and Allison. They are a lovely couple with a passion for hospitality and making you feel at ease. The apartment is ground level of an old Victorian villa (there are 2 apartments- i think the other is called The Hideaway) but i was more than impressed with my abode. It offers you your own door to come and go as you please, and a practical hallway to hang outdoor jackets and muddy boots, off this is a practical little kitchen - fully furnished with everything you'd expect from a self catering set up. It has full sized fridge (but no freezer) full sized oven and hob (with every tool and dish you might need) a toaster and kettle with complimentary tea / coffee / hot chocolate and on arrival a little care package of locally made produce with milk so you can have that most needed brew on your arrival. The bedroom has a seperate door off the hallway. This overlooks the front garden where even in the bleak winter was a beautiful outlook. These windows are framed by white colonial shutters (a much cleaner and less cluttered way to dress a window) theres no noticeable road noise and my sleep in that bed was as good (if not better than my own bed at home) it comes fully equipped with sky Q and a smart tv. Free WiFi and lots of hanging/ cupboard space. The bathroom is located opposite the bedroom - roomy, clean, fully tiled with a huge shower with rainfall head. My only gripe might be i had nowhere to rest my shampoo etc other than the shower floor (not a problem but just a thought) After coming back to my apartment after hours of walking the town and surrounding hills it was such a comforting place to be - quiet, cosy (can be as hot or cool as you like because the heating is independent) I didn't want to go out after that, I made dinner and then planned my next days adventures. I really can't wait to book again although maybe for a longer stay as i felt id only seen the tip of the iceberg that Malvern has tgo offer. This "Escape" was really well placed for access to the hills and the town and it's 100% recommend by myself.

Last minute booking, literally! Allison, who was away at the time we enquired, was extremely communicative and reassuring that the apartment’s spotless. And not only was it spotless, it was warm and checked all the boxes. Brillant and quiet location but easily accessible to the main street. Hope to stay again if in the area.

Lots of attractive things to see and do within a short walk: climbing, shopping, theatre, cafes, restaurants. And longer walks offer terrific views. The house is attractive, the facilities are well-planned with some nice touches and there's a small and secluded front garden to sit in and and enjoy the air. The owners were friendly and offered a number of generous extras.

The Escape is a charming, ground floor apartment in a beautiful period house. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped and the whole apartment was scrupulously clean and decorated to a high standard. The Malvern Hills area is beautiful with lots of walks available from the property and is an ideal base to explore the wider surroundings. The owners were very friendly and helpful and provided lots of information of things to do. There is also an outside seating area.
