Starter pack for fire provided from October to March. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed private garden with table and chairs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.6 miles. Note: Further log supplies available locally from Tesco garage in Cupar selling logs, coal and kindling during the winter months. Note: This property does not have WiFi and mobile signal is variable. Note: The double bed is zip and link and can be made into two singles beds on request prior to arrival. Note: The opening times, visitor facilities and entry prices of all National Trust for Scotland properties and attractions can be viewed on their website here. Please note: Unfortunately, The National Trust for Scotland do not permit BBQ's on their properties - due to fire risk.

Resting in the region of Fife is the town of Cupar, enveloped by rolling hills and positioned close to the River Edan.
