Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off-road parking. Lawned area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: If you wish to use the open fires, you are required to buy your own fuel, which may be purchased at some local shops. Note: Step access can be difficult in extreme weather. Note: Mobile phone coverage can vary, Vodafone and O2 are the best quality. Note: Dogs are not allowed on beds or any of the furniture; you may wish to bring an old towel to wipe muddy paws.
