Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking is available at the rear. Five acres of landscaped grounds and a small kitchen garden. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: Entry to the property is on the first floor via an external stairway. Note: Cot bedding is not provided. Note: Dogs are not allowed on beds or any of the furniture, you may like to bring an old towel to wipe muddy paws.
