It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with TV and a double with a TV, together sleeping four people and served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a small seating area. Pine Cottage is a wonderful retreat to enjoy all year around.

The barn conversion which rests next to the owner’s home and just a short distance away from the bustling market town of Leek is perfect for a couple or a group of friends to call home as they explore this part of Staffordshire. Soak up the view of The Roaches, a prominent rocky ridge, before entering into the contemporary-styled, social hub of the home, the open-plan living room, containing everything required for a self-catered holiday. The kitchen comes well-equipped to cater to your culinary needs and is accompanied by a spacious dining table, where you can gather together to relish in some catch up time or pull open the map to plot the next day’s adventure. Joining the space is an inviting sitting area, where you can look forward to curling up on the leather sofa with tune into the TV or get cosy on the armchair to delve into a good book.
