Set across three levels and hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin and two second-floor doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, each with their own television, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher as well as a games room, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, whilst the central heating is provided by gas. Outside there is roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis and a garden with a lawned area with a pond, and a covered patio with furniture. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, linen and towels are all included in the price. Children under the age of five aren't permitted, however, two well-behaved pets are welcome. Please be mindful that there is no smoking allowed at the property and that there is an unfenced pond in the garden therefore children and dogs should be supervised at all times. Cowgate Cottage is a superb base for an escape to Scotland.

Stepping over the threshold, be welcomed into the spacious sitting room, home to a pair of sumptuous sofas gathered in front of the television, where you can look forward to kicking off your shoes and gently warming your toes with the glow of the woodburning stove in the evening, or escaping the excitement as you nestle into an armchair with a good book. Continuing through the lovely dwelling, discover the open-plan kitchen diner tucked away at the rear, fit with a range of fantastic facilities including an electric oven and hob as well as a handy dishwasher to ensure cleaning up is a breeze!
