Located in the picturesque Lyth Valley in the Lake District National Park, surrounded by rolling countryside, is Scarsdale, an immaculately presented, detached property resting in the centre of the village of Crosthwaite. Boasting extensive gardens, a luxury finish and superb views, this property is ideal for family or group gatherings for special occasions with loved ones. The property boasts a large gravel driveway, offering ample off-road parking for multiple cars, along with a lawn area at the side of the property, which extends around to the rear of the property. Discover two ground-floor super-king-size double bedrooms, both with incredible picture windows boasting garden and valley views and stunning high spec en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as ample storage for your belongings and one of which boasts a dressing table. Not far from the village, the lakeside towns of Bowness and Windermere boast a plethora of entertainment and activities, with a golf course, World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, canoe and kayak hire, so you can enjoy watersports along the lake, along with a pier and a marina, where you can hop on a boat tour and discover the incredible lake. On the other side of the lake, you can explore Beatrix Potter's former farmhouse, Hill Top, now owned by the National Trust, hike Claife Heights and enjoy views of the lake from the top, wander through the National Forest at Grizedale, stopping for an adventure-filled afternoon of zip wiring and traversing tree tops at Go Ape, or take on the challenging Old Man of Coniston peak, boasting picturesque views across Coniston Water.
