Soak up the coastal town soundtrack and ambiance before pushing open the front door to reveal the sitting room, where the sofa and accompanying armchair invite you to relax and unwind at the end of a bracing day, with a TV providing the evening’s entertainment. Take the far door to discover the kitchen, a bespoke suite with several modern touches and all the appliances one would need to cater family-favourite recipes and prepare picnics for the beach days ahead. Whilst the entire group can enjoy each other’s company at the dining table with a tipple or two, the second-floor snug room makes a perfect hideaway for sneaking in a moment’s peace to delve into a good book or for the younger guests of the group to watch the latest box set on the TV. The first floor landing grants access to the two bedrooms, the master suite notable for its elegant décor with quality linens draping across the double bed and the second bedroom features a twin layout with good storage space, perfect for children or a set of friends. Continuing to impress is the family bathroom, placed on the second floor, where the Velux windows overs views across the seaside town and a roll-top bath allows you to savour a moment of relaxation at the end of a fun-filled day.
