Admire your rural surroundings before entering into the open-plan living space, where the vaulted ceilings are a striking element to the room and the extensive windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space throughout the day. Complementing the charm of plywood walls is the contemporary fixtures and furnishings, where a sumptuous leather sofa piled with cushions invites you to relax in front of the Smart TV, whilst the small dining table is a great spot for a romantic meal and lingering over a bottle of wine at the end of a bracing day on the Malvern Hills. Better acquaint yourself with your surroundings by meandering through the tiny hamlet of Kenswick, boasting a great supply of walks, including the country footpath located behind the property, which will take you all the way to Cob House Country Park and many more stunning locations. Find your way to the larger village of Broadheath, where you will find a selection of two pubs, The Bell and The Dewdrop, which offers a fine-dining opportunity, perfect for those evenings where you do not feel like cooking. The village also plays host to a shop, ideal for picking up the essentials, as well as a National Trust museum, which was the birthplace of English composer Edward Elgar. Venture slightly further afield to Hallow, a small village resting alongside the River Severn, where you will find The Crown Inn, a highly recommended pub, as is the Masons Arms in Martley, whilst there is an authentic Thai restaurant a couple of miles up the road in Wichenford called Chim Doo, where you can dine in or relish in a takeaway back at the lodge.
