The property has been finished to a high standard, with massive super king size beds, that are amazing. The whole house is spotless and it was a pleasure to stay here. There is private parking areas to the front and rear of the property. It is located within easy walk of the train station which offers great transport links throughout Cornwall. To the rear of the property is a Common parcel of land that makes a very scenic riverside walk. There is easy access to Par beach from the rear of the property and the SW coastal path. It is located near to the Eden project which offers an interesting day out if the weather is less than perfect. The Welcome Home Inn is situated 200yds from the property offering great value food and drink, and for the sports enthusiast the Par Inn is located in the opposite direction showing most sport on TV. There is a couple of convienence stores within easy walking distance and a few take aways close by, including Val's fish and chip shop. YG's pizza/ kebab shop and a chinese takeaway all within a couple of minutes walk. The accomodation was superb, it has everything you could want within walking distance including a dog friendly beach, We will definatetly be coming back here, it is a perfect base for any holiday in Cornwall.
