Cozy bungalow with very secure garden and patio area for our exuberant dog to play in. The coffee maker was a real treat and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Close to shops, takeaways, bus stop and beach. Very enjoyable stay - thanks

Reggies place is so nice. We walked in and felt at home straight away. New carpets in the hallway and living room. A lovely welcome pack was there waiting for us. The location is superb, 5 mins walk to the North promenade. There’s a Tesco local just around the corner along with several takeaways… win win. I could go on, but in short we had a lovely time and will be back. No idea why someone gave it one star, it’s just so nice and peaceful at Reggies place.

The bungalow requires a deep clean, the decor is very poor, there is a fusty smell too, we bought airfreshners to mask it. The hot tub only worked intermittently. The only positives is bedding and towels clean. Sykes were very unhelpful about our complaints we will never book through them again.

A real "home from home". So much better than living out of a hotel room for a week. Hot tub is great! Location is perfect. 2 mins from the sea front/promenade. 5 mins to walks on the cliff tops one way and 5 mins to the fairground, arcade's, harbour, etc the other way. Tesco Express and a few takeaway's right on the door step.

Stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of July. Absolutely loved the place. Clean, everything you would need, including washing machine and dishwasher. Really didn`t want to leave. Will definitely be booking again. I would give it more than 5 starts if I could :-) Mate also LOVED the hot tub

The location is Perfect, A quiet street with off road parking.Small supermarket and good takeaways round the corner. A few minutes walk to the beech and leisure centre for rainy days. The bungalow is home from home, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and the hot tub is fantastic for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The owner is very accommodating and helpful.

We've just returned from a lovely week at Reggie's place. The bungalow was perfect with everything you might need though of, even down to dishwasher tablets and pegs for the laundry! we especially enjoyed using the suntrap of a garden and the wonderful hot tub. It even had Netflix on the TV which was an added bonus and made up for it not having a DVD player. The bungalow is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and has shops and takeaways nearby. I can recommend the roof terrace of the Marine Bar on a sunny day. The owners are very helpful and available locally to answer any questions. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely return.

We found Reggies Place through sykes cottages, it was a bit of a last minute booking as restrictions were easing. We enjoyed our stay, the hot tub was lovely and we were lucky with the weather so used it most evenings. The house is in a great location, close to the beach, local shops and attractions. There's lots of takeaways and supermarkets locally and appeared to be plenty of places to eat out bit some were closed still. There was everything we needed at the house and the owners were only a phone call/text away if we needed anything. There's plenty of supermarkets in Bridlington, lots of shops in the town, a choice of takeaways if you like to order in. We managed to visit Filey, Scarborough, Robinhoods Bay, Whitby and York during our stay. There's a lot of places to drive to and I'm sure we will book again when we come up to Yorkshire again.
