Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.3 miles, a pub. Ridley Lodge is a delightful dwelling for an escape to Northumberland.

Reviews
Just returned from a week in the property. Frontage and garden completely neglected with rotten wood planters and weed infested borders etc. This was reported on in July 23 in the Guest Book but clearly, ignored by the owner. All wood internal doors and skirt boards looked tired and in desperate need of a coat of varnish or similar. This property is geared to sleep up to eight however the crockery items supplied are woefully short,there being just eight mugs only, no cups,limited bowels as well as other items such as pots. This side of things needs a full and complete re-scaling. Needless to say there were a lot of empty cupboards in the kitchen! On a more positive note the Welcome Pack was good including a bottle of Prosecco! and the beds very comfortable. The property was clean and the re-cycling and waste disposal facilities were good, but so they should have been of course. This was our second stay in this village. Property not recommended as by comparison to many others in this price range it was lacking.
